Rome, July 23, 2025 – On the occasion of the Italy-Algeria Business Forum, Stemin S.p.A. and Condor Electronics signed an agreement to establish an industrial joint venture with the aim of developing the first circular aluminum supply chain in Algeria, positioning the country as an industrial hub for circular aluminum in North Africa.
The agreement was formalized in Rome by Olivo Foglieni, Chairman of the FECS Group – of which Stemin S.p.A. is the parent company – and Sami Mohamadi, General Manager of Condor, in the presence of institutional and business representatives from the two countries.
The development plan includes:

At the conclusion of the Forum, speeches were given by the President of the Council of Ministers of the Italian Republic, Giorgia Meloni, and the President of the People’s Democratic Republic of Algeria, Abdelmadjid Tebboune. Both leaders emphasized the growing strength of the partnership between the two nations, united by the shared goal of exploring new opportunities. They also highlighted that 30 agreements were signed during the Forum, in addition to 10 further bilateral accords concluded during the intergovernmental summit.
