Code of ethics

The reputation that the company has built over the years is based on our compliance with ethical standards defined by laws, regulations and codes of conduct in daily business.

Stemin S.p.A., for this reason, has adopted its own Code of Ethics intended for directors, employees, and collaborators to conform their behaviours and actions to the principles contained therein.

The Code of Ethics represents, among other things, a non-derogable general principle of Model 231 pursuant to Italian legislation on the “Liability of Bodies for administrative offenses dependent on a crime”, contained in Legislative Decree 231 of 8 June 2001.
