The celebratory evening also featured a special \u201clifetime achievement\u201d award ceremony, recognising long-serving employees who have been with the company since its inception. <\/p>\n\n<p>A significant milestone for a young company, as Olivo Foglieni, founder and President, remarked: <em>\u201cIt fills me with pride to look back and see the miracle we&#8217;ve created. Even more rewarding is knowing that many of the same people who believed in this dream 20 years ago are still standing beside me today. Our achievements are certainly the result of entrepreneurial vision, but above all, they stem from the extraordinary teamwork that everyone puts in day after day. We work not just for something, but for someone\u2014and to them, I owe a great deal. From the bottom of my heart, thank you. I hope to celebrate many more milestones like this in the years to come.\u201d<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Stemin S.p.A.\u2019s journey began in 1999<\/strong>, as the first company to be formed within the FECS industrial Group. Today, the Group is one of the few players worldwide capable of producing technically advanced aluminium components through the direct transformation of recycled and revalued scrap metal.<\/p>\n\n<p>Two major milestones have marked the company\u2019s path and defined its greatest challenges: the move in <strong>2011<\/strong> from its<strong> original historic site to a state-of-the-art facility in Comun Nuovo<\/strong>, and in <strong>2015<\/strong>, the construction of a <strong>new foundry for the production of aluminium ingots<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p>Stemin&#8217;s <strong>continued growth and success<\/strong> are the result of a<strong> Group-wide vision focused on the industry of the future<\/strong>\u2014one where skill, innovation, creativity and know-how drive the development of the country, the local area, the workforce, and do so in harmony with the environment. Thanks to this ongoing effort, the company has reached an impressive turnover of \u20ac130 million. <\/p>\n\n<p><em>\u201cWe would like to thank everyone who joined us for this special evening, and we hope it brought some well-deserved celebration after a challenging yet fruitful year. Once again, congratulations to the award recipients.
