An excellence-driven management model

Stemin has implemented an Integrated Management System in line with major international standards, aimed at the systematic control and continuous improvement of its production, management and environmental processes. This system enables a structured monitoring of operational performance, ensuring not only regulatory compliance, but also effective risk management and close oversight of critical process areas.

The organisation operates in full compliance with the requirements set out in its Integrated Environmental Authorisations (AIA) and is officially registered in the National Register of Environmental Managers, categories 4 and 8, for the management and brokerage of non-hazardous special waste, both with and without holding the waste.

As confirmation of its commitment to legality, risk prevention, and corporate responsibility, the organisation has also adopted an Organisational, Management and Control Model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001 231/2001, which is fully integrated into the company’s governance framework.

Within the framework of ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) assessments, Stemin has achieved notable results, earning the EcoVadis Platinum Medal and an “A” rating from Synesgy (CRIBIS D&B). These recognitions attest to the robustness of the management system, the organisation’s alignment with internationally recognised sustainability criteria and a high level of maturity in responsibly managing its environmental, social and governance impacts.
